Muslim War Criminal Released For Christmas

It's bad enough dhimmi courts cut the sentences of Muslims convicted of terrorism, but now the judicial dhimmis are using Christian holidays to shower mercy on Muslim terrorists:

THE HAGUE, Netherlands-Ramush Haradinaj, Kosovo's former prime minister who is on trial for war crimes, will leave his jail cell to spend the holidays at home, the U.N. Yugoslav tribunal said Friday.

Haradinaj, a former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army during the 1998-1999 war against the Serb army, is accused of illegally detaining and mistreating ethnic Serb prisoners. He has pleaded innocent.

Judges approved his provisional release, even though his trial has been plagued by witnesses unwilling to testify, citing fears of reprisals or intimidation.

The prosecution completed its case last month, and the defense said it will not call any witnesses, the first time in more than 100 cases tried by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia that a suspect did not put up a defense.

What a disgrace.
