The Obama Administration has announced "Jihad" is not a threat to the West.

The president's top counterterrorism adviser on Wednesday called jihad a "legitimate tenet of Islam," arguing that the term "jihadists" should not be used to describe America's enemies.

During a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, John Brennan described violent extremists as victims of "political, economic and social forces," but said that those plotting attacks on the United States should not be described in "religious terms."

He repeated the administration argument that the enemy is not "terrorism," because terrorism is a "tactic," and not terror, because terror is a "state of mind" -- though Brennan's title, deputy national security adviser for counterterrorism and homeland security, includes the word "terrorism" in it. But then Brennan said that the word "jihad" should not be applied either.

Ignoring the victims of London's 7/7 bombing by Muslim terrorists, Channel 4 instead explores unreasonable anti-Muslim sentiment among the Infidels.

On the third anniversary of the London bombings, Britain’s Channel 4 screened an hour-long programme rhetorically titled “It Shouldn’t Happen to a Muslim” about the rise of anti-Muslim sentiment in the country since the fateful day on July 7, 2005 when four British-born Muslims of Pakistani origin blew themselves up on the London Underground killing 53 people in what, with a little journalistic licence, has been described as Britain’s worst terror attack in living memory.

Could it have something to do with the fact MUSLIMS are responsible for nearly all acts of terrorism in the world today?

Could it be that a majority of all world conflicts involve Muslim aggression?

Could it be that too many Muslims take violent verses from the quran literally - verses such as "And slay them wherever ye find them..." and promises great rewards in paradise for committing such acts of terrorism?

Or could it just be the entire ideology that teaches that all who reject the Islamic god and his pedophile prophet should be converted, subjugated, or killed?

Muslims threatening to use violence to subdue Christians? No way!

The self-styled deputy prime minister of the Muslim Albanian separatist entity government in Kosovo, Hajredin Kuçi, is threatening to use the "violence of the state" in order to force Kosovo Serbs, who are Christian, to obey the laws Islamic separatist government plans to pass on June 15.

Kuçi's remarks that the government plans to use violence against Serbs came after the inquiry by the Islamic separatist paper Express as to how does the Islamic separatist "government" plan to impose its "law and order" in the north.

Kosovo Christians that live in the north have recently held their own elections after which they will create their own legislative Assemblies because the legislature imposed by the Albanian Islamic radicals in Pristina passas laws that routinely violate their human rights.

Over the past weekend, Islamic judge decided that wearing certain kinds of t-shirts by Christians is illegal and punished the two Christian brothers for that with a 500 Euro fine and/or 60 days in jail.

"I consider necessary that the results of the local elections shall be recognized by the Kosovo authorities, but also it is absolutely necessary acceptance of EULEX mission by Serb authorities," former Minister of Exterior of Serbia Goran Svilanovic said.

The home of Kosovo's Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, an unrepentant Islamic terrorist, was attacked by unknown gunmen. Deputy Prime Minister, Hajredin Kuqi responded to the attack:

"This is a direct attack upon the prime minister and his family," Kuqi told reporters in the capital Pristina. "The fact that someone has tried to hurt the prime minister and his family for whatever reason is not only criminal, it goes beyond any political hatred or impatience."

But committing atrocities against Serbians in the name of Allah is not criminal or political hatred. That's Jihad.

NEW YORK CITY — Former President Jimmy Carter is reportedly preparing an unprecedented meeting with the leader of Hamas, an organization that the U.S. government considers one of the leading terrorist threats in the world.

The Arabic-language newspaper Al-Hayat reported Tuesday that Carter was planning a trip to Syria for mid-April, during which he would meet with Khaled Meshal, the exiled head of the Palestinian terror group Hamas, on April 18.

Deanna Congileo, Carter’s press secretary, confirmed in an e-mail to FOXNews.com that Carter will be in the Mideast in April. Pressed for comment, Congileo did not deny that the former president is considering visiting Meshal.

“President Carter is planning a trip to the Mideast next week; however, we are still confirming details of the trip and will issue a press release by the end of this week,” wrote Congileo. “I cannot confirm any specific meetings at this point in time.”

Meshal, who lives in Syria to avoid being arrested by the Israeli government, leads Hamas from his seat in Damascus, where he is a guest of Bashar al-Assad's regime.

The State Department has designated Hamas a "foreign terrorist organization," and some groups hold Meshal personally responsible for ordering the kidnapping of Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. State Department spokesman Sean McCormack once said of the prospect of meeting with Meshal, "That's not something that we could possibly conceive of."Some Carter critics called the latest reports typical of the ex-president.

“It’s about par for the course from President Carter, demonstrating a lack of judgment typical of what he does," said John Bolton, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. "To go to Syria to visit Hamas at this point is just an ill-timed, ill-advised decision on his part."

“I’m not surprised that Carter would do this, as he has been supporting Palestinian extremism for many years,” said Steve Emerson, director of the Investigative Project on Terrorism, a watchdog group.

The Religious Affairs Minister in Algeria has equated Christian evangelism with Islamic terrorism. That essentially means Muslims killing innocent people in the name of Allah is no worse than a Christian teaching others about Christianity.

The Ministers comments are in response to media inquiries concerning two Christians who were arrested for carrying Bibles.

Ironic particularly in light of Amari’s comment, Algerian authorities have begun comparing evangelization with terrorism in recent months.

“I equate evangelism with terrorism,” Religious Affairs Minister Ghoulamullah said in an article in L’Expression on February 12.

“I’ve asked the imams to remind the people that pastors don’t come to Algeria because they love the country, or because they love Christianity,” news service France24 reported Ghoulamullah as saying. “They come here to create minorities, which would give foreign countries a pretext to interfere in our internal affairs.”

An official report on Protestant activities in Algeria submitted to the Home Affairs Ministry warned of a “fierce attack” targeting the religion and unity of the country, according to local media.

On March 20th, 2008, HonestReporting Canada exposed a university newspaper paper that justified the Mercaz Harav seminary terrorist attack in Jerusalem. Eight unarmed students, mostly children, were gunned down by a Palestinian terrorist.

Excalibur, a campus newspaper of York University, had written of the seminary:

"...The school has direct connections with the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), and its graduating students are those whom are committing a holocaust in Gaza in the Palestinians eyes."

The article goes on to suggest students at this seminary are being indoctrinated to hate an entire race of people, and staged protests inciting violence, not unlike the ragings of a certain, unnamed religious group:

"After this incident, thousands went out protesting in Jerusalem, cheering 'death to the Arabs!' Note here that they're wishing death to all Arabs whether they are Palestinians or not. This makes many understand, or at least assume, that the teachings of many of those whom have protested are against the Arabs as a whole, not just against the Palestinians."

It seems Muslims are taking credit for yet another 'invention' of which no one else in the history of the civilized world has ever conceived. But this isn't one that should make the "religion of peace" proud. The invention is called "Al-Mubtakkar al-Farid: Li Irsaal al-Safah al-Athiri Ila al-Kafir al-`Anid" [translated: "The Unique Invention: To Deliver the Gaseous Killer to the Stubborn Infidel" - Who says the mujahideen don't have a sense of humor?].

Rule No. 1: You can kill bystanders without feeling a lot of guilt.

The Koran, as translated by the University of Southern California Muslim Student Association's Compendium of Muslim Texts, generally prohibits the slaying of innocents, as in Verse 33 in Chapter 17 (Isra', The Night Journey, Children of Israel): "Nor take life, which Allah has made sacred, except for just cause."

But the Koran also orders Muslims to resist oppression, as verses 190 and 191 of Chapter 2 (The Cow) instruct: "Fight in the cause of Allah with those who fight with you, but do not transgress limits; for Allah loveth not transgressors. And slay them wherever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out, for tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter. ..."

In the typical car bombing, some Islamists say, God will identify those who deserve to die — for example, anyone helping the enemy — and send them to hell. The other victims will go to paradise. "The innocent who is hurt, he won't suffer," Dr. Massari says. "He becomes a martyr himself."

There is one gray area. If you are a Muslim who has sinned, getting killed by a suicide bomber will clean some of your slate for Judgment Day, but precisely where God draws the line between those who go to heaven or hell is not spelled out.

Rule No. 2: You can kill children, too, without needing to feel distress.

True, Islamic texts say it is unlawful to kill children, women, the old and the infirm. In the Sahih Bukhari, a respected collection of sermons and sayings of the Prophet Muhammad, verse 4:52:257 refers to Ghazawat, a battle in which Muhammad took part. "Narrated Abdullah: During some of the Ghazawat of the Prophet a woman was found killed. Allah’s Apostle disapproved the killing of women and children."

But militant Islamists including extremists in Jordan who embrace Al Qaeda's ideology teach recruits that children receive special consideration in death. They are not held accountable for any sins until puberty, and if they are killed in a jihad operation they will go straight to heaven. There, they will instantly age to their late 20s, and enjoy the same access to virgins and other benefits as martyrs receive.

Islamic militants are hardly alone in seeking to rationalize innocent deaths, says John O. Voll, a professor of Islamic history at Georgetown University. "Whether you are talking about leftist radicals here in the 1960s, or the apologies for civilian collateral damage in Iraq that you get from the Pentagon, the argument is that if the action is just, the collateral damage is justifiable," he says.

Rule No. 3: Sometimes, you can single out civilians for killing; bankers are an example.

In principle, nonfighters cannot be targeted in a militant operation, Islamist scholars say. But the list of exceptions is long and growing.

Civilians can be killed in retribution for an enemy attack on Muslim civilians, argue some scholars like the Saudi cleric Abdullah bin Nasser al-Rashid, whose writings and those of other prominent Islamic scholars have been analyzed by the Combating Terrorism Center, a research group at the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.

Shakir al-Abssi, whose Qaeda-minded group, Fatah Al Islam, has been fighting Lebanese soldiers since May 20, says some government officials are fair game. He was sentenced to death in Jordan for helping to organize the slaying of the American diplomat Laurence Foley in 2002, and said in an interview with The New York Times that while he did not specifically choose Mr. Foley to be killed, "Any person that comes to our region with a military, security or political aim, then he is a legitimate target."

Others like Atilla Ahmet, a 42-year-old Briton of Cypriot descent who is awaiting trial in England on terrorism charges, take a broader view. "It would be legitimate to attack banks because they charge interest, and this is in violation of Islamic law," Mr. Ahmet said last year.

Rule No. 4: You cannot kill in the country where you reside unless you were born there. [Ed: see The Covenant of Security]

Militants living in a country that respects the rights of Muslims have something like a peace contract with the country, says Omar Bakri, a radical sheik who moved from London to Lebanon two years ago under pressure from British authorities.

Militants who go to Iraq get a pass as expeditionary warriors. And the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks did not violate this rule since the hijackers came from outside the United States, Mr. Bakri said.

"When I heard about the London bombings, I prayed that no bombers from Britain were involved," he said, fearing immigrants were responsible. As it turned out, the July 7, 2005, attack largely complied with this rule. Three of the four men who set off the bombs had been born in Britain; the fourth moved there from Jamaica as an infant.

Mr. Bakri says he does not condone violence against innocent people anywhere. But some of the several hundred young men who studied Islam with him say they have no such qualms.

"We have a voting system here in Britain, so anyone who is voting for Tony Blair is not a civilian and therefore would be a legitimate target," says Khalid Kelly, an Irish-born Islamic convert who says he studied with Mr. Bakri in London.

Rule No. 5: You can lie or hide your religion if you do this for jihad.

Muslims are instructed by the Koran to be true to their religion. "Therefore stand firm (in the straight Path) as thou art commanded, thou and those who with thee turn (unto Allah), and transgress not (from the Path), for He seeth well all that you do," says verse 112 of Chapter 11 (Hud). Lying is allowed only when it is deemed a necessity, for example when being tortured, or when an innocuous deception serves a good purpose, scholars say.

But some militants appear to shirk this rule to blend in with non-Muslim surroundings or deflect suspicion, says Maj. Gen. Achraf Rifi, the general director of Lebanon's internal security force who oversaw a surveillance last year of a Lebanese man suspected of plotting to blow up the PATH train under the Hudson River.

"We thought the story couldn't be true, especially when we followed this young man," General Rifi said. "He was going out, drinking, chasing girls, drove a red MG." But he says the man, who is now awaiting trial in Lebanon, confessed, and Mr. Rifi recalled that the Sept. 11 hijacker who came from Lebanon frequented discos in Beirut.

Mr. Voll takes a different view of the playboy-turned-militant phenomenon. He says the Sept. 11 hijackers might simply have been "guys who enjoyed a good drink" and that militant leaders may be seeking to do a "post facto scrubbing up of their image" by portraying sins as a ruse.

Rule No. 6. You may need to ask your parents for their consent.

Militant Islamists interpret the Koran and the separate teachings of Muhammad that are known as the Sunna as laying out five criteria to be met by people wanting to be jihadis. They must be Muslim, at least 15 and mature, of sound mind, debt free and have parental permission.

The parental rule is currently waived inside Iraq, where Islamists say it is every Muslim's duty to fight the Americans, Dr. Massari says. It is optional for residents of nearby countries, like Jordan.

In Zarqa, Jordan, the 24-year-old Abu Ibrahim says he is waiting for another chance to be a jihadi after Syrian officials caught him in the fall heading to Iraq. He is taking the parental rule one step further, he said. His family is arranging for him to marry, and he feels obligated to disclose his jihad plans to any potential bride.

"I will inform my future wife of course about my plans, and I hope that, God willing, she might join me," he said.

The very people we saved during the Kosovo war, the ones we brought to America and gave food, water, shelter, medical, employment, and FREEDOM, are now threatening violence in Serbia and in the United States.

These people have no shame. It doesn't matter how much we give, they want more and more.

Kosovo is a Serbian province ruled by Muslim Albanian separatists that have vowed violence if their demands for independence are not met by the international community.

"A delay in independence could provoke a violent response from embittered Kosovo Albanian extremists," says McConnell.

McConnell notes that NATO intervention in the province is a possibility after Kosovo separatists declare independence and any violence inside Kosovo will spill over into neighboring states.

However, McConnell warns that even if the status of Kosovo is resolved in favor of the separatists, the Albanian ethnic minorities living in Macedonia and southern Serbia are likely to continue "pressing for greater autonomy" which will be used by extremist Albanians to initiate violence there.

"[E]thnic Albanian extremists will attempt to exploit public discontent and use small-scale violence to rally support for unification with Kosovo," says McConnell.

The assessment notes that Serbia "will not intervene with the Serbian Army in Kosovo" but political and economic responses against Kosovo separatist will hinder any economic development of the province.

By referring in his early remarks to the Fort Dix terror plot organized by ethnic Albanian Muslims, McConnell indicated that these European Muslims will increasingly be used by the al-Qaeda to launch attacks inside the United States.

The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades took responsibility for two simultaneous attacks just outside of Jerusalem, killing one person and seriously injuring another. Feel the love, Olmert!

On the lighter side of this story, two idiots disguised as security officers, with a fake gun and knife, burst into a kibbutz in Gush Etzion planning to take hostages in a yeshiva high school. Kosovo's Muslim separatist Prime Minister Hashim Thaci refused to apologize for crimes committed against Serbs in 1999 while he was a leader of the Kosovo Liberation Army. Over two thirds of Kosovo's Serb Christians population has been either murdered or expelled by Thaci's forces.

"We have made all achievements together with help from the international community," remarked Thaci when asked at a press conference in the Caglavica Media Centre as to whether he felt guilty of crimes committed against Serbs and whether he would apologize at the beginning of his term.

Thaci added that he was very proud of his past and the past of his people, who, together with NATO, had achieved their goal.

In one of the most absurd, ridiculous, dhimmified, PC moves yet, the United Kingdom is now referring to Islamic terrorism as "anti-Islamic activity":

Ministers have adopted a new language for declarations on Islamic terrorism.

In future, fanatics will be referred to as pursuing "anti-Islamic activity".

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith said that extremists were behaving contrary to their faith, rather than acting in the name of Islam.

Security officials believe that directly linking terrorism to Islam is inflammatory, and risks alienating mainstream Muslim opinion.

In her first major speech on radicalisation, Miss Smith repeatedly used the phrase "anti-Islamic".

In one passage she said: "As so many Muslims in the UK and across the world have pointed out, there is nothing Islamic about the wish to terrorise, nothing Islamic about plotting murder, pain and grief.

Family Security Matters contributor Adrian Morgan reports on a disturbing trend in the UK:

On Wednesday January 4, 2006 a black mother gave evidence at an inquest. At Southwark Coroners Court in southeast London, Ruth Marriott spoke of the last days of her son Adrian Marriott. He had been an accountancy student, but was also a gang member, belonging to the Peel Den Crew. He had been shot five times in the head on June 8, 2004, a few weeks before his 21st birthday. His body was found in parkland off Barrington Road in Brixton.

52-year old Ruth Marriott told the inquest: "We heard the shooting. We heard gun fire. The thought did strike me that Adrian could be involved, but it was a fleeting thought. Then we heard from police the following evening what had happened. Adrian was told on the Sunday prior to his death that he would be killed if he did not become a Muslim by the Wednesday, which was the day he died."

Muslims throughout the world have discovered violence, and the threat of violence, is the easiest, most effective way to achieve their goals. Non-Muslims are quick to appease for the sake of peace. Only that may lead to their own destruction.

Eight houses owned by Serbs have been attacked in Kosovo on the first day in the New Year, reports FoNet news agency.

Kosovo and Metohija Coordinating Center says that the attacks have been synchronized and focused on a Serbian enclave of Kosovska Mitrovica in northern Kosovo.

One Serb house was set on fire and seven others were stoned. A home owned by Radovan Lazic was set ablaze just after the arrival of the New Year. The house is no longer usable.

Kosovo Serbs are habitually targeted by the Albanian Muslim extremists across the Kosovo province. Later in the New Year day, a Serb bank was blown up in a bombing attack in Kosovo.

Kosovo is a Serbian province, administered by UN since 1999, where Muslim Albanians are a majority by ethnically and religiously cleansing the Christians out of a province in order to make an ethnically and religiously pure Muslim Albanian state. Separatist Muslims have warned repeatedly that they will turn to violence if they do not get independence.
