Reasoned Jihad Against Muslims

Cathy Young, in her article The Jihad Against Muslims, wrote:

Even in milder form, there are sweeping generalizations that reduce any social or political problem anywhere to a "Muslim problem" as long as there are Muslims involved. Take this description by Mark Steyn: "There are many trouble spots around the world, but as a general rule, it’s easy to make an educated guess at one of the participants: Muslims vs. Jews in ‘Palestine,’ Muslims vs. Hindus in Kashmir, Muslims vs. Christians in Africa, Muslims vs. Buddhists in Thailand, Muslims vs. Russians in the Caucasus, Muslims vs. backpacking tourists in Bali."

This account not only omits many non-Islamic trouble spots, from Korea to Colombia, but also implicitly presumes that Muslims are the guilty parties and Islam is the problem in every conflict listed.

True, Ms. Young, there are trouble spots that do not involve Islam, as there are acts of terrorism that do not involve Muslims. However, if one rationally considers that a "faith" which comprises only 20% of the total world population is involved in almost 90% of all world conflicts and more than 95% of all acts of terrorism, then the perspective becomes clear.

It is indisputable that Islam disproportionately behaves more violently than all other faiths combined. That isn't Islamophobia, that isn't racism, that isn't bigotry. That is a simple, cold fact.

Young also writes in her article:

There are regions, such as Bosnia, where the Muslim populations are modern and moderate, and there are progressive and reformist forces within Islam.

A Double Standard

Question: Who poses the greatest threat to innocent lives and maintaining the peace - Muslim terrorists or laughing Infidels?

If you said "Muslim terrorists" YOU ARE WRONG!

POLICE have agreed to consult a panel of Muslim leaders before mounting counter-terrorist raids or arrests. Members of the panel will offer their assessment of whether information police have on a suspect is too flimsy and will also consider the consequences on community relations of a raid.

Members will be security vetted and will have to promise not to reveal any intelligence they are shown. They will not have to sign the Official Secrets Act.

The correct answer in the dhimmitude nation of Great Britain is "laughing Infidels":

A British man who was so amused with BBC1’s "Have I Got News for You" that he fell off his couch in a fit of laughter was not so happy when it got him arrested and pepper sprayed.

Christopher Cocker, 36, collapsed on the floor after laughing at a joke on TV, but his neighbor who heard the thud thought something bad had happened and called the police, the Daily Mail reported on Wednesday.

According to police, Cocker initially was cooperative but quickly became "aggressive" when asked his name and personal information. Cocker tried to shut his door on the officers, at which point he was pepper sprayed through a crack in the door.

Cocker then was handcuffed, arrested and taken to court, the Daily Mail reported. An unidentified police spokesman told the Mail that, given Cocker’s aggression, they acted appropriately.

Priorities, Priorities, Priorities...

The AP sets its priorities - children dying, news as usual. But reporting the desecration of a Quran and watching a U.S. General BEG for forgiveness - Priceless.

BAGHDAD (AP) - An American soldier used a Quran, the Islamic holy book, for target practice in a predominantly Sunni area west of Baghdad, prompting an apology from the U.S. military, a spokesman said Sunday.

Maj. Gen. Jeffery Hammond responded in the most dhimmi fashion:

"I come before you here seeking your forgiveness. In the most humble manner I look in your eyes today and I say please forgive me and my soldiers."

As if that heartfelt groveling wasn't enough:

The commander also read a letter of apology by the shooter, and another military official kissed a Quran and presented it to the tribal leaders, according to CNN.

Meanwhile...

Separately, mortar shells slammed into a residential area north of the Iraqi capital, killing at least four people and wounding 30, most children playing outside, officials said Sunday.

But there was no apology for the bloodshed of the children by Islamic insurgents.

Bandaged girls and boys with bloodstained clothes cried as they were packed two to a bed at a hospital in Sadr City, a Shiite stronghold where most of the recent fighting has occurred.

UPDATE: Iraqi leaders refuse to accept the apology. Perhaps a public beheading of the offending soldier would suffice?

the Iraqi Islamic Party -- which said it reacted to the news "with deep resentment and indignation" -- wants the "severest of punishments" for the action to serve as a lesson for the future.

"Such assaults have recurred over the past few years; therefore, the apology alone is no longer sufficient," the party said in a statement. "The U.S. military should take preventative measures considering the feelings of Muslims."

University Newspaper Apologises For Anti-Israel Diatribe

On March 20th, 2008, HonestReporting Canada exposed a university newspaper paper that justified the Mercaz Harav seminary terrorist attack in Jerusalem. Eight unarmed students, mostly children, were gunned down by a Palestinian terrorist.

Excalibur, a campus newspaper of York University, had written of the seminary:

"...The school has direct connections with the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), and its graduating students are those whom are committing a holocaust in Gaza in the Palestinians eyes."

The article goes on to suggest students at this seminary are being indoctrinated to hate an entire race of people, and staged protests inciting violence, not unlike the ragings of a certain, unnamed religious group:

"After this incident, thousands went out protesting in Jerusalem, cheering 'death to the Arabs!' Note here that they're wishing death to all Arabs whether they are Palestinians or not. This makes many understand, or at least assume, that the teachings of many of those whom have protested are against the Arabs as a whole, not just against the Palestinians."

A playground caretaker was burned to death in his apartment. Muslim youths are suspected. Another Muslim youth justifies the attack claiming:

"He said we made too much noise and that we should pick up our trash. Or otherwise go back to Turkey. But I am Dutch and my parents come from Morocco."

Cals College in IJsselstein has prohibited two of it's students to have Dutch flags on their bags.

The 16 year old boy and his friend where told by the director of their school that they "urgently should consider" to remove the Dutch flags from their bags, it could provoke other students, mainly Moroccan students.

On Monday, Amsterdam-based cultural organization Mediamatic called on Dutch citizens "to make their own version of Fitna in which they apologize for Wilders' embarrassing behavior".

Uria Ohana, originally from Kfar Chabad, entered a subway station in the affluent Park Slope neighborhood in Brooklyn Tuesday evening, on his way to a lecture in Manhattan, when he noticed a group of Arab teenagers congregated on a bench in the station.

Ohana did not exchange words or make eye contact with the group, but proceeded upstairs to his train.

On his way, he felt someone grab his kippa from his head and then heard laughter. Ohana decided to chase the boys to retrieve his kippa.

The 18-year-old boy who grabbed the kippa left the subway station and ran into the street, where he was hit by a car, breaking his leg.

While Ohana chased the boy, the other teenagers began chasing him, screaming "Allah akbar."

"They screamed at me, 'Did you see what happened to him because of you?'" said Ohana, a Chabad-Lubavitch rabbinical assistant who works in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Two of the Arab boys then started kicking and punching Ohana in the face.

"As soon as they started screaming, I understood [the attack] was racial," said Ohana.

The crime is being investigated as aggravated harassment and a possible bias crime, according to a New York Police Department spokeswoman. "I am almost sure it will be charged as a hate crime," said the spokeswoman.

"I'm sad that this kind of attack is coming to New York after seeing this in Israel," said Ohana. "An Arab teenager attacking a Jew for being a Jew scares me as a Jew."

Ohana said one police officer brushed the incident off as a case of a teenager who "doesn't know what 'Allah akbar' means.

The Majority Should Be Willing To Compromise

"The majority should be willing to compromise," she said. "I think that's just basic courtesy. We must show tolerance and respect for all others."

Spoken like a true Islamist. No doubt, she also supports that basic courtesy for the minority of Jews living in the Middle East? For the Serbian minority in Kosovo?

The above is a quote from a Harvard Muslim student who supports the University's decision to exclude men from one of their gyms several hours a day. Yet, when reversed, when it's a non-Muslim minority living in a Muslim society, there is no compromise. The non-Muslim must live according to Islamic standards, however low they may be, or face unjust, irrational and sometimes cruel punishments.

Another thing to think about - This Muslimah is a Harvard student. She is obviously very intelligent to get into such a prestigious school. Yet she believes Muhammad is a messenger of God. She honors a man who raped a child. She worships a man who had thousands slaughtered - many in front of their families. She praises a man who owned slaves, raped women, and is responsible for more suffering and cruelty in modern times than all other cultures and religions combined. She trusts a "holy" book filled with hatred, intolerance, contradictions, and absurdities.

And she is a Harvard student.

Does that say more about the school for allowing such a person, or about the caliber of people, however intelligent, who choose Islam?

This "respect us or else" mentality is indicative of the entire cult that calls itself the 'religion of peace.' The question is, do we gladly step into the role of dhimmis and show the respect they demand but haven't earned, or do we stand firm in our belief that all should be treated equal?

Yup, an anti-Semite supporter of Islamic terrorists giving sensitivity training. Sounds about right. As a teacher in the Dearborn Public Schools, Amen violated campaign finance laws by using Dearborn Public School resources to campaign for her Muslim friend and Medicaid defrauder Ismael Ahmed when he ran for University of Michigan regent (he now runs the State of Michigan's Medicaid unit, after defrauding it). Yup, Walmart is into ethics . . . Islamic world "ethics".

But it gets even worse. Walmart is violating the law--engaging in price-fixing agreements with the Islamic community and agreeing not to underprice its local Hezbollah-financing Shi'ite stores, so as not to put them out of business. Why will they do this for Ahmed and Mohamed, but not Mom and Pop Smith in other American communities? If I were one of the many businesses across America driven into the ground by Walmart, I'd sue Walmart on discrimination and unfair competition grounds, since the retail giant only helps its Muslim competitors stay in business. Who wants to join me in my complaint against Walmart to the Federal Trade Commission for unfair, anti-competitive practices and price-fixing? It's patently illegal. I wish I could say this is capitalism at its worst. But it's not capitalism or free market competition.

UK Muslim Doctors: Hygiene Is Against Islam

Medics in hospitals in at least three major English cities have refused to follow the regulations aimed at helping tackle superbugs because of their faith, it has been revealed.

Women medical students at Alder Hey children's hospital in Liverpool objected to rolling up their sleeves when washing their hands and removing arm coverings in theatre, claiming it is regarded as immodest.

Similar concerns were raised at Leicester University -and Sheffield University reported a case of a Muslim medic refusing to "scrub" because it left her forearms exposed.

Some students have said that they would prefer to quit the course rather than expose their arms, but hygiene experts said no exceptions should be made on religious grounds.

UK: Sharia Unavoidable

Sinking even further into the abyss o f depravity and sadism, the Sharia in the UK seems inevitable.

The Archbishop of Canterbury says the adoption of certain aspects of Sharia law in the UK "seems unavoidable".

Dr Rowan Williams told Radio 4's World at One that the UK has to "face up to the fact" that some of its citizens do not relate to the British legal system.

Dr Williams argues that adopting parts of Islamic Sharia law would help maintain social cohesion.

For example, Muslims could choose to have marital disputes or financial matters dealt with in a Sharia court.

Of course. Why should Muslims living in the West have to comply with the laws of their chosen country? Let's just have one set of laws for Muslims, and a different set for non-Muslims. What the hell, while we're at it, let's just designate non-Muslims to an inferior status. Muslims will reap all benefits society has to offer, while filthy unbelievers will be at the mercy for which Islamists are so well known.

Under the Sharia, when a non-Muslim kills a Muslim, for whatever reason - even in self-defense, that non-Muslim is publically humiliated, tortured and cruelly executed. If a Muslim kills a non-Muslim, even for personal amusement, the worse punishment he'd face is a monetary fine.

And the women! We can have public stonings for women who dare to allow themselves to be raped. Little girls as young as 6 can be married off to old men to fulfill sexual pleasures. Any woman who so much as looks at an unrelated male should be immediately beaten, raped, and strangled by male family members to protect the family honor.

Sound good, UK? I hope you think it does, because that's where you are heading.

Sharia In America?

Virginia Beach police seem to think so, and they've confiscated the promotional posters and cited the manager of the store. The manager could face thousands of dollars in fines AND prison time for the innocuous display.

Police, saying they were responding to citizen complaints, carted away two large promotional photographs from the Abercrombie & Fitch store in Lynnhaven Mall on Saturday and cited the manager on obscenity charges.

Adam Bernstein, a police spokesman, said the seizure and the issuance of the summons came only after store management had not heeded warnings to remove the images.

The citation was issued under City Code Section 22.31, Bernstein said, which makes it a crime to display "obscene materials in a business that is open to juveniles." He did not say what was being done with the pictures and when the manager, whose name was not released, is scheduled to appear in court.

According the the Supreme Court ruling in Roth v. United States, the standard for judging obscenity is "whether to the average person, applying contemporary community standards, the dominant theme of the material, taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest."

Applying "contemporary community standards" in this day and age, the image above is far from obscene. However, by applying the criterion of an aggressive, non-secular minority subculture, it would be easy to see how the photographs might, whether justly or unjustly, offend.

Me thinks Virginia Beach has fallen under the politically correct standard imposed by self-appointed morality arbitrators. Can anyone say "dhimmitude"?

UK To Give Muslims Multiple Benefits For Multiple Wives

Falling even further into dhimmitude, the UK has approved giving Muslim men with mulitple wives additional welfare benefits. Of course, America already offers that windfall by giving welfare to women with little or no accounting for the husband's whereabouts...

Husbands with multiple wives have been given the go-ahead to claim extra welfare benefits following a year-long Government review, The Sunday Telegraph can reveal.

Even though bigamy is a crime in Britain, the decision by ministers means that polygamous marriages can now be recognised formally by the state, so long as the weddings took place in countries where the arrangement is legal.

The outcome will chiefly benefit Muslim men with more than one wife, as is permitted under Islamic law. Ministers estimate that up to a thousand polygamous partnerships exist in Britain, although they admit there is no exact record.

How Many Paragraphs Does It Take For The BBC To Get To The Point?

Lets count them, shall we?

1. A man described as a "fanatic" has pleaded guilty to plotting to kidnap and kill a British Muslim soldier.

2. Parviz Khan, 37, an unemployed charity worker from Birmingham, intended to seize and behead the serviceman "like a pig", Leicester Crown Court was told.

3. Three other men, Basiru Gassama, 30, Mohammed Irfan, 31, and Hamid Elasmar, 44, have admitted other offences connected with Khan's plot.

4. The court heard Amjad Mahmood, 32, and Zahoor Iqbal, 30, denied involvement.

5. The jury was told how Khan, of Alum Rock, intended to use drug dealers to kidnap the soldier while on a night out, behead him in a lock-up garage and then release footage of the killing to the public.

6. Nigel Rumfitt QC, prosecuting Mr Mahmood and Mr Iqbal, who both deny two offences relating to the plot, told the court that Khan had planned to seize the serviceman in Birmingham's Broad Street entertainment district.

7. "He would be taken to a lock-up garage and there he would be murdered by having his head cut off like a pig," he said.

8. "This atrocity would be filmed... and the film released to cause panic and fear within the British armed forces and the wider public."

9. Mr Rumfitt told the jury that Khan had been "a fanatic" at the centre of an Islamist terrorist "cell" based in the Birmingham area.

NINE paragraphs for the BBC to finally point out that this was an Islamically motivated plot. Yet the proposed victim's religion was mentioned in the very first paragraph. The article goes on to describe Khan's 'extreme views' and names numerous other abettors, though none are identified as Muslims.

Just another example of how the liberal media is more than happy to depict Muslims as victims while at the same time going to great lengths to avoid labeling a member of the religion of peace as a conspirator to commit a most heinous crime.

Pentagon Firing of Islam Expert Decried

The Pentagon's top Islamic expert, Maj. Stephen Coughlin, was fired after a Muslim staff member complained Coughlin had found evidence linking the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) to the Muslim Brothhood, a radical Islamic terrorist organization. Rep. Sue Myrick (R-NC) deserves recognition for her comments, in bold:

Coughlin also took issue with an effort underway by intelligence community analysts to declare al Qaeda terrorists and insurgents in Iraq as “false Muslims,” whose version of jihad conflicted with “true” Islamic teachings.

Over the past two weeks, the White House has launched its own investigation into the Coughlin affair, and has conducted at least one interview with Coughlin himself, sources knowledgeable of the probe told Newsmax.

However, Coughlin would appear to hold out little hope of a White House “rescue.”

As he pointed out in his 333-page thesis, "To Our Great Detriment: Ignoring what Extremists say about Jihad," President Bush’s statements downplaying the role of Islam in the terrorist attacks on America have “exerted a chilling effect on those tasked to define the enemy’s doctrine by effectively placing a policy bar” on examining the role of jihadist teachings.

Even Coughlin supporters such as Frank Gaffney Jr., president of the Center for Security Policy, doubt that the Army reservist lawyer and expert on Islamic law will get his contract reinstated by the Joint Chiefs.

But Gaffney has urged members of Congress in both parties and others who care about the war on terror to make Coughlin “a cause célèbre” over the next two months.

Rep. Sue Myrick, R-N.C., has taken that call seriously, and said last week that she was examining the possibility of holding congressional oversight hearings on Coughlin’s dismissal.
