Dearborn Law Enforcement Covering Up "Honor Killings"?

Shocking but not surprising if true.

A civil rights lawsuit filed by Thomas More Law Center (TMLC) on behalf of four Christians wrongfully arrested for proselytizing at an Arab Festival, alleges that Dearborn police and the local level government may be enforcing Sharia law - including covering up "honor killing" murders.

The four Christians, who are members of Acts 17 Apologetics Ministries, make this claim on their Answering Muslims website:

On a horrifying note, one of the police officers in the jail told us that there are honor killings in Dearborn but that they get covered up by the police department. He said that he had walked into houses where girls had been beheaded or had had their throats slit. (But check the local newspapers. You won't find any mention of these crimes.) The officer told us that some of the officers in the department support what we're doing.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Dearborn media was complicit in helping to cover up these crimes as well.

These allegations are included in the 96 page complaint filed by TMLC.

This order came down after a Muslim mob killed a Christian:

LAGOS, Nigeria (AP) - Soldiers patrolling Nigeria's volatile central region received shoot-to-kill orders after a Christian mob killed a Muslim election worker and set his body on fire, an army spokesman said Tuesday.

Oh, wait! it was a Christian mob that killed ONE Muslim!

As Kenny Solomon points out in his email to me, we never see such orders after Muslim mobs kill Christians. In fact, after Muslim mobs have killed dozens - even HUNDREDS - of Christian civilians, the most we hear from the Nigerian government is a call "to remain peaceful":

Jonathan, who became acting head of state in February while President Umaru Yar'Adua recovers from illness, called for calm.

"He calls on all Nigerians to remain peaceful and law abiding since violence only begets further violence," the release said.

But this is Islam - one set of rules and laws for Muslims and another set of rules and laws for non-Muslims. Equality under Islam only applies to male Muslims. All other humans are considered inferior.

Something to look forward to if we continue on this same path of appeasement.

Judge Blocks Arranged Marriage

Well, it's happening in the West now. A 14 year old girl (13 when marriage was arranged) has been spared from a forced marriage (all emphasis mine):

The Melbourne teenager is one of a number of Australian girls forced into arranged marriages overseas each year.

Her plight came to light when child protection officers received a report in June that the then-13-year-old had been taken out of school ahead of her intended marriage.

In a landmark decision published on Monday, the Family Court barred the girl, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, from travelling abroad until she turns 18.

Federal Police were ordered to place the girl's name alongside the names of accused serious criminals and tax cheats on the official Watch List at departure points around the nation.

Her family, who are believed to be Muslims from the former Yugolsav Republic of Macedonia, has had to surrender the girl's passport and cannot apply for a new one.

The money quote:

"According to Islamic law a woman must give her consent to marriage without any form of collusion," [Islamic Council of Victoria vice-president Sherene Hassan] said yesterday.

"Sadly there are some Muslims that fail to discern [the difference] between culture and religion."

Failed to 'discern' between culture and religion? Gee, forced marriages to underage, non-consenting girls wouldn't have anything to do with THIS, would it?

The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became Allright, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, "Best wishes and Allah's Blessing and a good luck." Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah's Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age.

Apparently, 'culture' only influences Muslims when it is a backward, 7th century culture. Anything more modern or humane would be un-Islamic.

The Obama Administration has announced "Jihad" is not a threat to the West.

The president's top counterterrorism adviser on Wednesday called jihad a "legitimate tenet of Islam," arguing that the term "jihadists" should not be used to describe America's enemies.

During a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, John Brennan described violent extremists as victims of "political, economic and social forces," but said that those plotting attacks on the United States should not be described in "religious terms."

He repeated the administration argument that the enemy is not "terrorism," because terrorism is a "tactic," and not terror, because terror is a "state of mind" -- though Brennan's title, deputy national security adviser for counterterrorism and homeland security, includes the word "terrorism" in it. But then Brennan said that the word "jihad" should not be applied either.

To be born as a human being is a big curse. But the human beings were left with no other option till ‘Islam’ came into existence. Human beings worship God by different names. God sent prophets by different names to make human beings understand how to lead a good life. Jesus Christ, Sree Buddha, Mahavir, Guru Nanak were all such prophets (I have no intention of teaching human beings about human beings, but to understand ‘islamo homo sapiens’ a thorough knowledge about ‘homo sapiens’ is quite necessary). 1400 years ago, God sent only animal prophet called Muhammad Nabi to earth. He is also considered as the last prophet. Muhammad taught human beings how to convert to animals. Biologists call this technique “reverse evolution”. The human beings who converted to animals are called Muslims. We the Muslims may have animals’ instinct but it doesn’t mean that we have got something against birds. We love birds. That is the reason why Muslim women dress like crows and Muslim men dress like pigeons.

The life of an animal is thousand times better than the life of a human being. Muhammad Nabi (prophet) wanted to convert maximum number of human beings to animals. Sometimes we have to impose good things on others if others are reluctant in choosing good things on their own. The human beings who converted were asked to wage war on other human beings and impose Islam on them. Islam is a way of life, that is, way of life of an animal. Muhammad Nabi also wrote a book on how a human being can live like an animal. The book is called “Koran” and we Muslims have a great respect for this book. Muhammad Nabi was a perfect example of how a human being can turn into an animal. He has set an example before us and all of us are eager to follow his footsteps. Sharia is a law made by him and his animal friends. We, Muslims consider sharia as Mr. Allah’s own law. Our animal god, Allah is the most merciful so he gives the toughest punishment. Sharia is a perfect example for that.

There is one more reason why sharia is a tough law. As we Muslims are animals, we don’t have self-control like human beings. If a girl is walking naked on the streets, a kafir may look at her curiously but may not jump on her. But our Muslim men will no be able to control themselves and it is a sure bet that the girl will be raped. Even by seeing the hands, legs or face of a woman, a Muslim man gets sexually aroused. Self-control is a word, which is not there in our Islamic dictionary. Even our prophet never tried to hide his animal like sexual urges. He not only enjoyed many women, he also tried a 9-yr old girl. We are proud of his animal instincts. If our men prefer to have sex with many wives, it is because our prophet taught us to do so. We are thankful to our animal god Mr. Allah, the most merciful for giving us the mindset of an animal. We do all sorts of funny things (you silly human beings will find it funny, but we are quite serious) to have some control on our self but it is all in vain. We animals not only seduce other animals, we seduce human beings as well. Yes, we have been able to convert a lot of human beings to animals using our seduction technique.

We Muslims enjoy living like animals. We want others also to join us in living like animals. To understand the fun in living like an animal, you have to become an animal yourself. For this reason, we always try to propagate Islamic agenda. I request all human beings to convert to animals to understand how great our life is. Some of the human beings are also helping us in propagating Islamic agenda. Rashtriya Swayemsevak Sangh (R.S.S), which is a hard-line Hindu organization in India, has been lending support to us a number of ways for the last few decades. According to R.S.S., a Hindu woman should not wear Jeans and T-shirts. Hinduism sets no guidelines on the dressing of a Hindu woman, but we Muslims have succeeded in influencing hard-line Hindu organizations to propagate Islamism in the name of Hinduism. Bharathiya Janatha Party (B.J.P), which is the political offspring of R.S.S, and the former ruling party of India has gone a long way in spreading Islamism in the name of Hinduism. Hinduism as a religion respects individual freedom, but R.S.S and B.J.P has taken away individual freedom from the Hindus in our very own Islamic fashion under the pretext of Hinduism. This means we are able to make even our enemies propagate Islamic agenda. Maybe that our animal god Mr. Allah, the most merciful has succeeded in influencing the likings of humane Hindu gods. If this has happened in India, this can happen in other parts of the world too. We Muslims influence others and make them spread Islamic agenda even without their knowledge. I challenge human beings to find out our methods of propagating Islamic agenda. You people consider yourself to be more intelligent than we animals. Find out if you can.

Wherever we go, we create our own Muslim only zones so that we can lead a peaceful animal life. Human beings always lead a disgusting life. We try to keep away from kafirs (kafir is another word for a human being) as much as possible.

In Saudi Arabia, an animal country, even human beings are forced to live like animals. Yes, we impose our beastly life on human beings in countries like Saudi Arabia and Iran. Our animal god has given us Islamic oil so that we can sell this oil to human beings and use that money for spreading animalism (Islam). Mr. Allah, the most merciful might have taken away our common sense, but he has blessed us with Islamic oil. It is called “brain for oil” program, not “oil for food” program as said by your United Nations Organization.

The famous T.V. channel Animal Planet is planning to produce a program based on our life. If you people want to know more about our animal life, you can watch that program. I just want FFI to stop criticizing our great animal religion “Islam”. If you continue to criticize Islam, some Muslims may get influenced by it and will convert back to human beings leaving Islam. Of course that is hard to happen. If someone changes his mind and decides to become a human, it is just because that he has deviated from the path shown by Mr. Allah, the most merciful according to our faith. People ruin their own lives when leave Islam. So I don’t think a lot of people will leave Islam, thanks to these kind of beliefs. Still, there is a chance that some people may leave Islam and start living like human beings after visiting websites that criticizes Islam. I don’t want that to happen. My husband is a mullah. He earns bread by exploiting the faith that other Muslims have in Mr. Allah the most merciful. If you people continue to criticize Islam, I will be deprived of my bread. So I once again request human beings to stop criticizing our animal like life and our animal prophet.

Muslims To Be Exempt From Obamacare?

First, from Sweetness & Light, the exemption clause from Obama's Healthcare Obamination (pages 273-274):

18 (5) EXEMPTIONS FROM INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

—In the case of an individual who is seeking an exemption certificate under section 1311(d)(4)(H) from any requirement or penalty imposed by section 5000A, the following information:

(A) In the case of an individual seeking exemption based on the individual’s status as a member of an exempt religious sect or division, as a member of a health care sharing ministry, as an Indian, or as an individual eligible for a hardship exemption, such information as the Secretary shall prescribe.

And the Islamic religious fatwa against obligatory insurance:

Ruling on working in insurance companies or broker companies when insurance becomes obligatory

Health insurance is going to be compulsory for all companies and associations in our country. The insurance company will not have direct relationship with companies or associations, as there will be brokers in between, this is also compulsory.

The question is: What is the ruling on working for these brokers? Its role is basically introducing offers to companies and individuals and dealing with claims.

Praise be to Allaah.

Firstly: Health insurance is haraam like other types of commercial insurance, because it is based on ambiguity, gambling and riba (usury). This is what is stated in fatwas by the senior scholars. See the answer to question no. 39474 and 4210.

In Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (15/277) there is a quotation of a statement of the Council of Senior Scholars concerning the prohibition on insurance and why it is haraam:

1. Commercial insurance contracts are transactions based on probability and extreme ambiguity, because the customer cannot know at the time of signing the contract what he will give or take. He may pay one or two instalments, then calamity may strike and he will be entitled to what the insurer committed to pay. Or no calamity may happen at all, so he pays all the instalments and takes nothing. Similarly the insurer cannot know what he will give or what he will take with regard to any individual contract. In the saheeh hadeeth it says that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade ambiguous transactions.

2. Commercial insurance contracts are a type of gambling, because they involve the risk of financial compensation or penalties for no offence or cause on the part of the one who is paying the penalty, or gaining without paying something in return, or paying something that is not equal to the gains. The person who is insured may pay one instalment of the insurance, then an accident occurs, so the insurer will be obliged to pay the whole amount in accordance with the insurance policy. Or no accident may occur, but he pays all the instalments of insurance and gets nothing in return. When the ambiguity becomes prevalent, it becomes like gambling, whereupon it comes under the general prohibition on gambling in the verse in which Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“O you who believe! Intoxicants (all kinds of alcoholic drinks), and gambling, and Al‑Ansaab (stone altars for sacrifices to idols etc), and Al‑Azlaam (arrows for seeking luck or decision) are an abomination of Shaytaan’s (Satan’s) handiwork. So avoid (strictly all) that (abomination) in order that you may be successful.

91. Shaytaan (Satan) wants only to excite enmity and hatred between you with intoxicants (alcoholic drinks) and gambling, and hinder you from the remembrance of Allaah and from As‑Salaah (the prayer). So, will you not then abstain?” [al-Maa’idah 5:90-91].

3. Insurance contracts include both types of riba, riba al-fadl and riba al-nasa’. If the company pays the customer or his heirs or the beneficiary more than the sum that he paid, then this is riba fadl; and usually the insurer pays this money to the customer some time after the contract, and this is riba nasa’. If the company pays the customer only what he paid, this is riba nasa’ only. Both are haraam according to the texts and scholarly consensus.

4. Commercial insurance contracts are a kind of haraam betting, because each party is getting involved in ignorance, ambiguity and gambling. Islam does not permit any type of betting except that which supports Islam and propagates Islam by means of proof and jihad. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) granted a concession allowing betting in only three cases, when he said: “There should be no (money) prizes for competitions except in camel-racing, horse-racing and archery.” Insurance does not come under these headings and cannot be likened to any of them, so it is haraam.

5. Commercial insurance contracts take a person’s money without giving him anything in return, and taking money without giving anything in return in commercial transactions is haraam, because it comes under the general meaning of the prohibition in the verse (interpretation of the meaning):

“O you who believe! Eat not up your property among yourselves unjustly except it be a trade amongst you, by mutual consent” [al-Nisa’ 4:29].

6. Commercial insurance contracts involve commitment to something that sharee’ah does not make binding. If no accident happens to the customer and he does not cause any accident, then it is merely a contract with the insurer against danger on the basis that it might happen, in return for money that the customer pays to the insurer, and the insurer does not do anything for the customer, so it is haraam. End quote.

Secondly: The fact that the state makes insurance compulsory does not make it permissible; rather the burden of sin is waived from the person or company who is obliged to do that. As for the broker company which is doing this work by choice, it is guilty of sin.

The same applies to the person who works in the insurance company or broker company; he is doing this work by choice, but this work is not permissible for him, because it is directly helping in sin, and Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Help you one another in Al‑Birr and At‑Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allaah. Verily, Allaah is Severe in punishment” [al-Maa’idah 5:2]

It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (15/251):

Firstly: Commercial insurance of all types is haraam because it involves ambiguity, riba, uncertainty, gambling and consuming people’s wealth unlawfully, and other shar’i reservations.

Secondly: It is not permissible for the Muslim to get involved with insurance companies by working in administration or otherwise, because working in them comes under the heading of cooperating in sin and transgression, and Allaah forbids that as He says: “but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allaah. Verily, Allaah is Severe in punishment” [al-Maa’idah 5:2]. End quote.

And Allaah knows best.

So, it looks as though Barack Hussein Obama has found a way to successfully convert many of us to Islam. It comes down to a choice between this political atrocity rammed down our collective throats or converting to a cult we equally detest.

On The EDL

Robert Spencer, in an article about self-proclaimed "anti-Fascist" groups attempting to suppress free speech, defends the newest anti-Jihad movement, the English Defense League:

Since everyone who stands up for human rights and freedom against Islamic supremacism and violence is branded a racist nowadays, it's useful to look at the evidence. Here is a group that is so racist that it has featured a Sikh speaker, has a youth group that bears the slogan, "Black, White and Brown Unite," and says: "We welcome members from all over the political spectrum, and with varying views on foreign policy, united against Islamic extremism and its influence on British life. Everyone from those whose ancestral roots are in pre-Roman Britain to immigrants just arrived yesterday will be welcomed into the EDL with open arms as long as they are willing to stand up with us for English values and against Islamist hate."

Many people conflate the EDL with the genuinely racist and antisemitic BNP, which I repudiate utterly, but there seems to be a good deal of evidence to suggest that the EDL is not itself racist, white supremacist, antisemitic, neo-fascist, etc. At very least, they bear watching. In any case, these charges are invariably and inevitably trotted out by Leftists and their jihadist allies whenever anyone stands up against the Islamic supremacism that would deny our freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, and equality of rights before the law. After awhile, the wolf-crying becomes obvious.

I completely agree with Mr. Spencer. Although the EDL is relatively new, it should only be judged by its mission and its promotion of unity of all people opposed to the radical, Islamic ideology.

Those who support the Jihadist movement, as well as the ignorant and uninformed in the media, have been quick to label any who oppose open immigration and multiculturalism as "fascist" and "racist". Do not allow such dishonest labeling to influence your perception of truth and reality.

As Geert Wilders so perfectly states, it is not about rejecting individuals, but rather the violent ideologies that some immigrant groups bring with them to, and impose upon, more civilized societies:

The Anatomy Of A Muslim Web Site

The Australian Islamist Monitor website has an interesting article analyzing a Muslim Public Affairs Council website.

The article examines Muslim attitudes on assimilation and the conclusions are quite disturbing, but far from surprising. Enjoy.

Western countries have a proud record of accepting people from different countries, races and religions. Our politicians are always bragging about how Multiculturalism has been a great success and anyone who disputes this is branded as a “racist”. Gordon Brown of the UK stands up in the House of Commons and talks about what a wonderful contribution Muslims have made to the UK. President Obama also praises the Muslim contribution to America, but behind this “political spin” the signs say that Muslims don’t integrate and cause social unrest as their numbers grow.

The Australian media also portray an image of harmony with Muslims and we often see our politicians and Police attending Ramadan and Eid celebrations. It is interesting therefore to examine what Muslims are instructed to do when living in Western countries. In the UK and Ireland, Muslims have established Muslim Public Affairs Committees to channel information to their local Ummah and to instruct.

In this article then we will examine some of the material that is posted on the Irish MPAC site for Irish Muslims to read about living in Ireland as a Muslim.
