The Sword of Truth

We do not fight for land. We are loyal to an ideal - an ideal of liberty wherever man lives. We do not guard territory, bleed for a piece of dirt. We don't fight because we love violence. We fight for our freedom as individuals to live our own lives, to pursue our own survival, our own happiness.

Your unconditional rejection of violence makes you smugly think of yourselves as noble, as enlightened, but in reality it is nothing less than abject moral capitulation to evil. Unconditional rejection of self defense, because you think it's a supposed surrender to violence, leaves you no resort but begging for mercy or offering appeasement.

Evil grants no mercy, and to attempt to appease it is nothing more than a piecemeal surrender to it. Surrender to evil is slavery at best, death at worst. Thus your unconditional rejection of violence is really nothing more than embracing death as preferable to life.

You will achieve what you embrace.

The right, the absolute necessity, of vengeance against anyone who initiates force against you is fundamental to survival. The morality of a people's self-defense is in it's defense of each individual's right to life. It's an intolerance to violence made real by an unwavering willingness to crush any who would launch violence against you. The unconditional determination to destroy any who would initiate force against you is an exaltation of the value of life. Refusing to surrender your life to any thug or tyrant who lays claim to it is in fact embracing life itself.

If you are unwilling to defend your right to your own lives, then you are merely like mice trying to argue with owls. You think their ways are wrong. They think you are dinner.

If, hoping to appease it, you willingly compromise with unrepentant evil, you only allow such evil to sink it's fangs into you; from that day on its venom will course through your veins until it finally kills you.

Compromising with murderers grants them moral equivalence where none can rightly exist. Moral equivalence says that you are no better than they; therefore their belief - that they should be able to torture, rape, or murder you - is just as morally valid as your view - that you have the right to live free of their violence. Moral compromise rejects the concept of right and wrong. It says that everyone is equal, all desires are equally valid, all action is equally valid, so everyone should compromise to get along.

Where could you compromise with those who torture, rape and murder people? In the number of days a week you will be tortured? In the number of men to be allowed to rape your loved ones? In how many of your family are to be murdered?

No moral equivalence exists in that situation, nor can it exist, so there can be no compromise, only suicide.

To even suggest compromise can exist with such men is to sanction murder.

Many teach that saying someone is evil is prejudiced thinking. It's a way of belittling someone already in pain for some reason. Such people must be embraced and taught to shed their fears of their fellow man and then they will not strike out in violent ways.

They are dangerous to everyone because they embrace evil with their teachings. In so doing, in trying to be kind, to be unselfish, in trying to be nonjudgmental, you allow evil to become far more powerful than it otherwise would. you refuse to see evil, and so you welcome it among you. You allow it to exist. You give it power over you. You are a people who have welcomed death and refused to denounce it.

You are an empire naked to the shadow of evil.

These people think of themselves as enlightened, as above violence. They are not enlightened; they are merely slaves awaiting a master, victims awaiting killers.

World War & the Religion of Peace

Neal Boortz did an excellent segment on the definition of the word 'peace.' I wish I could link you to the audio that aired on his program. I think that was much better than text version below.

In the audio version, Neal asks the poignant question that if the liberal definition of 'peace' is the absence of hostility, how much freedom are you willing to sacrifice for peace? How many rights are you willing to surrender to Islamofascists in order to avoid war?

Muslims are hoping quite a bit.

During the cold war the Soviet Communists were fond of the "peace" word also. To Soviets "peace" was defined as an absence of opposition to the communist movement. The Soviets and their fellow travelers loudly proclaimed that the USA was a threat to world peace. By their definition they were exactly right. We were, thank god.

So, what do these 60% of Brits who think that Bush is a threat to world peace mean by the word? Dictionary.com defines peace as "the absence of war or other hostilities." Well, we are most certainly at war, a war against Islamic terrorism; and it is George Bush who declared that war and it is George Bush who is pursuing it. George Bush has made it clear that as long as he is in the White House he will pursue and attempt to destroy anyone who threatens the safety and security of Americans either in their homeland or abroad. Islamic terrorists have made their pledge to attack, destroy and kill Americans wherever they find them. They have already attacked us on our soil. Bush has responded with war.

I guess the bottom line here is that there are times when peace is not the goal, when peace is not the preferred state of affairs. When you have a group of well armed and financed religious fanatics, in many cases state sponsored, threatening to kill as many Americans as they can, you have a need to respond ... with force. It's no time for peace. Peace can return when the threat is ended.

Rate of Spouse Abuse Among American Muslims Higher Than Reported

It would be easy to dismiss marital violence in Muslim families. After all, if one chooses a faith that permits beating a "disobedient" woman, you reap what you sow.

But what about that abused woman or child who only embraces Islam out of fear? What if the victim is one of those truly rare examples of a peaceful follower of that faith? Shouldn't we, the Kuffar, attempt to help them and set our own good example of compassion?

Two months into an arranged marriage, Fozia Sadiq, a young Pakistani immigrant, found herself trapped in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas, with a violent husband.

She says he routinely beat her and intimidated her into never going anywhere in public without him.

"My neck had so many bruises, and I had scratches all over my arms," Sadiq told FOXNews.com through an interpreter.

A practicing Muslim, Sadiq finally escaped in 2006, during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

The article goes on further to say:

But advocacy groups say Sadiq's story is not an isolated case.

On New Year's Day, two teenage Egyptian-American sisters, Amina and Sarah Said, were shot dead in Irving, Texas. Police are searching for their father, Yaser Abdel Said, who reportedly was angry with their American-like behavior, which included dating.

According to the girls' great-aunt, their father had been abusing them for years. She says they, along with their mother, fled after he threatened to kill the girls.

The great-aunt called the murders "honor killings" for bringing shame to the family, a charge Islam Said, the girls' brother, denies. Police say they are looking into motives.

Allegations that the girls were killed for dishonoring the family's name has brought greater focus on all forms of abuse in the Muslim-American community in what some say is a bigger problem than is reported because, they say, it is veiled in secrecy.

"I suspect it's happening a lot more than we think," says Hussain, who works with battered Muslim women at the Tahirih Justice Center in Northern Virginia.

"We hear again and again from [abused] women who say, 'I can't tell my parents back home because if they find out, my younger sister can't get married,'" says Meghna Gozwami, client services coordinator for DAYA, a South-Asian immigrant group that provides legal and financial assistance for abused families. The name "DAYA" means "compassion" in Sanskrit.

DAYA, which runs a domestic violence hotline, has seen a dramatic increase in distress calls --almost 20 times more -- in the last five years (from 189 calls in 2003 to 3,308 last year).

I'm sure most shelters would assist anyone in need, regardless of religion. However, Islam presents an additional problem that most womens' shelters are not equipped to address: the added danger Muslim women face by rejecting the Islamic teaching that a woman is the possession of their husbands. In a sense, that would be rejecting Islamic Law.

We know most places of worship will aid an endangered person, but how many Mosques will shelter a Muslimah from an abusive Muslim husband given Muslim men are considered superior to women? How many shelters are setup solely to protect Muslim women or teens? To help them leave violent Muslim men - husbands, fathers, brothers? To protect them if they question their Islamic faith, want to apostatize, or simply desire to study other faiths?

Such shelters are extremely rare nationwide, activists say, because Muslim Americans only recently began confronting the issue of spousal abuse.

Domestic violence among Muslims has long straddled a blurry line between culture and religion, but now scattered organizations founded by Muslim American women are creating a movement to define it as an unacceptable cultural practice. The problem occurs among American Muslims at the same rate as other groups, activists say, but is even more sensitive because raising the issue is considered an attack on the faith.

UK's "Islam Is Peace" Campaign Linked To Terrorists

Does Muslim Association of Britain (MAB) operate the "Islam Is Peace" campaign in the UK? Centre for Social Cohesion seems to think so. That would mean terrorists are actually attempting to manipulate the public perception of Islam.

The MAB is dominated by four men: founder Kamal Helbawy, former president Anas Altikriti, spokesman Azzam Tamimi and former president Mohammed Sawalha - all allegedly involved with the Muslim Brotherhood, including its Palestinian branch, Hamas.

Egyptian-born Kamal Helbawy joined the Muslim Brotherhood at age twelve, and later served as its spokesman in Europe. He founded the MAB in 1997.

Anas Altikriti is the son of Osama Altikriti, leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Iraq.

Azzam Tamimi, a Palestinian, worked as spokesman for the Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood from 1989 to 1992. Ihtisham Hibatullah, the Islam-is-Peace spokesman, has described Tamimi as "one of our leading political thinkers and a leading member of the Association".

Mohammed Sawalha fled the Palestinian territories for Britain in 1990, wanted by Israeli authorities for Hamas activism. From London, he allegedly raised and channelled funds for Hamas until 1993, when Israeli authorities arrested one of his key operatives.

A Muslim Helps A Jew

I'm sure CAIR will milk this for all it's worth. After all, a Muslim doing the right thing is a momentous occasion. Definitely newsworthy.

A Brooklyn man whose "Happy Hanukkah" greeting landed him in the hospital said he was saved from a gang of Jew-bashing goons aboard a packed Q train by a total stranger - a modest Muslim from Bangladesh.

Walter Adler was touched that Hassan Askari jumped to his aid while a group of thugs allegedly pummeled and taunted him and his three friends. So Adler has invited his new friend over to celebrate the Festival of Lights.

The two new pals - Adler, 23, with a broken nose and a fat lip, and Askari, 20, with two black eyes - broke bread together and laughed off the bruises the night after the fisticuffs.

"A random Muslim guy jumped in and helped a Jewish guy on Hanukkah - that's a miracle," said Adler, an honors student at Hunter College.

A miracle, indeed. Seriously, this Muslim deserves commendation. If more Muslims would act in the same manner as Askari, Islamophobia wouldn't exist.

History can be compromised. Truth is unyielding and forever lasting. It is a permanent fixture with which we can measure our successes and our failures. Compromise the truth and what we are left is a frail mirage of peace.

Olmert Backpeddling

While Palestinian militants cede nothing Israel's Prime Minister Olmert surrendered everything, even voluntarily submitting to discrimination and anti-Semitism.

As terrorists' missiles rain down on Israeli civilians, Olmert makes desperate attempts to appease more rational Israeli Cabinet members:

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert told his Cabinet on Sunday that Israel was not bound by a December 2008 target to reach a peace agreement with the Palestinians, and reasserted that no deal would be carried out until Palestinian militants were reined in.

Olmert spoke during the first Cabinet meeting since last week's U.S.-hosted Mideast summit, where he and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas officially relaunched peace talks and set the ambitious target date for an agreement.

While Israel Negotiates Peace, Islamic Terrorists Plot

Hours before the start of the U.S.-backed Annapolis summit aimed at handing the West Bank to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' organization, Israel cracked down on a cell of leading Palestinians suspected of setting up a Hamas military arm for the terror group to take over the strategic territory, WND has learned.

Hamas leaders in recent weeks vowed their organization would seize the West Bank if Israel hands the territory to Abbas, just as Hamas seized the Gaza Strip last June, overtaking all U.S.-backed Fatah security compounds in less than one week.

The West Bank borders Jerusalem and is within rocket range of Tel Aviv and Israel's international airport.

Apparently, according to Saudi Arabia, Islamic terrorism, suicide bombings, and the senseless slaughter of innocent civilians is an acceptable consequence of Israel's existence. The heart and mind of Muslims, after all, aspires for world peace - once the Kuffar bows to the will of Allah and either converts to Islam, submits to his Muslim masters, or dies. So you see, it isn't the Muslims who oppose peace. It's the Jews and Infidels who refuse to be enslaved.

Annual Inter-Faith Peace Summit Begins In Naples

NAPLES, Italy (AFP) - - Muslim, Jewish, Orthodox and other Christian leaders kicked off an annual inter-faith peace summit here Sunday with calls for a formal structure linking world religions.

The pope did not formally attend the summit, organised by the Sant'Egidio community, but met and lunched with the delegates as part of a pastoral visit to this impoverished southern Italian city.

"With respect for the differences between the various religions, we are all called to work for peace and... reconciliation among peoples," he said.

Orthodox Patriarch Bartholomew I, Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams, Israel's chief rabbi Yona Metzger and the imam of the United Arab Emirates, Ibrahim Ezzedin, were among those attending the summit.

Only one delegate appeared opposed to the talks of peace and reconciliation:

The Muslim leader however spoke harshly of "unjustified provocations in places such as Iraq and Afghanistan and ... unfair dealings in Palestine" that have prompted "some Muslim individuals and groups (to go) astray and wrong themselves by violent actions."

He added: "We are dismayed by the behaviour of some great powers who continue to act aggressively against other countries, by means of military occupation under fabricated pretexts... forced regime changes and blunt interference in other countries' affairs."

Ironic that the Muslim leader would condemn "forced regime changes and blunt interference in other countries' affairs" when you consider virtually all world conflicts involve Islamic aggression and intolerance. BTW, "unjustified provocations" can be loosely translated in Islam as "rejecting Islam and its messenger Muhammad."

Muslim Appeal For Peace An Invitation to Convert To Islam?

Nearly a week ago, Muslim scholars sent an open letter to Christians calling for unity and peace. The "survival of the world" is at stake, they claimed.

Some of us saw this veiled threat for what it is. I blogged about it HERE. Ryan Evans at The Investigative Project on Terrorism has dissected the message and comes to another conclusion:

In full context, it is clear that this section of the Quran, including 3:64, is a condemnation of Christianity and Judaism and a call for conversion. Why would this verse be included in a call for peace and understanding between Islam and Christianity? The authors and signatories of this letter are among the most learned scholars of Islam in the world. They know the context of 3:64 and its true message, which is exactly why they included it. This letter is not a call for peace. It is a call for conversion.

Muslims To Christians: Make Peace Or Die

Prominent Muslim scholars are warning that the "survival of the world" is at stake if Muslims and Christians do not make peace with each other.

In an unprecedented open letter signed by 138 leading Muslim scholars from every sect of Islam, the Muslims plead with Christian leaders "to come together with us on the common essentials of our two religions."

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, and Pope Benedict are believed to have been sent copies of the document which calls for greater understanding between the two faiths.

The letter also spells out the similarities between passages of the Bible and the Koran.

The Muslim scholars state: "As Muslims, we say to Christians that we are not against them and that Islam is not against them - so long as they do not wage war against Muslims on account of their religion, oppress them and drive them out of their homes."

When you consider the fact that nearly every single major world conflict on earth today involves Islam, one has to wonder who really wants peace. Christians are not on the offensive here. It is Islam - Muslims - making war throughout the world, forcing their faith on countless millions and retaliating violently when rejected.

As Golda Meir once said, "Peace will come when the Arabs will love their children more than they hate us."

Man Beats Daughter To Death For Violating Ramadan

So much for being kind & charitable during Ramadan...

A 45-year-old father of Mamponteng in Ashanti is on trial for allegedly beating his daughter to death. Haruna Bismawu had allegedly accused his eldest child, Habiba Bismawu, 20, of sleep around with men.

His warning to her to desist from her immoral lifestyle had gone unheeded. When she returned home early on Monday after spending the night outside the home on Sunday, he was especially concerned because it was Ramadan when Muslims, by virtue of their religion, are obliged to stay pure.

Haruna reportedly grabbed Habiba and subjected her to severe beating.

She was said to have died on the way to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and was buried on the same day.

The depths and depravity some Muslims will sink to while other Muslims express little or no concern absolutely astounds me. No other religion is responsible for the atrocities we see in Islam, yet too many refuse to condemn its practices.

The Religion of Peace Kills 19 In Car Bomb Explosions

As the Islamic Holy month of Ramadan comes to a close, militant Muslims rack up another 19 victims killed in the name of Allah:

In the homicide attacks, the nearly simultaneous bombings in Beiji were the deadliest in a series of bombings in recent days as the terror network apparently steps up its promised Ramadan offensive as the end of the Islamic holy month draws near.

The attackers in the oil hub 155 miles north of Baghdad drove a minibus laden with explosives into the house of a local police chief and detonated an explosives-packed Toyota Land Cruiser outside the home of a leading member of the local Awakening Council, a group of Iraqis who have turned against extremists in the area.

A Sunni mosque about 100 yards away from the police chief's house was damaged and three of its guards were among at least 19 people killed, according to police and hospital officials. They also said 28 people were wounded and six houses destroyed in the blasts, which occurred within minutes of each other and some 500 yards apart.

Violence visited other areas in Iraq, as insurgents desperately attempt to portray Islam as a peaceful, merciful, compassionate religion (linked above):

Three car bombs in Baghdad killed 15 people, including eight who died in an attack near the Shiite Khulani mosque, itself a target of a truck bombing in June that killed 87 people.

Also Tuesday morning, drive-by shooters killed the deputy police chief in Mosul, 225 miles northwest of Baghdad, police said.

A roadside bomb ripped through and outdoor market near a bus station in Jisr Diyala on Baghdad's southeastern outskirts, killing two civilians and wounding 10 others, police said.

In the southern neighborhood of Sadiyah, gunmen in a speeding car fatally shot a Shiite father and his two sons as they were leaving their home, police said. The police officials all spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to release the information.

The bullet-riddled bodies of three men in their 30s also were found on a highway in Hillah, about 60 miles south of Baghdad, apparent victims of so-called sectarian death squads largely run by Shiite militias.

Iran Hangs Three During Ramadan

Tehran, Iran, Sep. 27 – Iranian authorities hanged three men in public in the northern city of Babol on Thursday halfway through the holy Muslim month of Ramadan, state media reported.

The three men identified as Hadi Jafartabar, Mirhadi Mirtaghi and Seyyed Shoja Moussavizadeh were hanged in a sports complex, the state broadcasting corporation IRIB said in a report on its website.

The government-owned news agency Fars said that the three men were convicted of rape.

It is important to remember that in Iran, homosexuals are often labeled as rapists before they are hanged to avoid world condemnation. Executing criminals is a judicial issue; executing homosexuals is a human rights issue.

In fact, under the Sharia (Islamic law), rape is virtually impossible to prove. The victim must provide four male Muslim witnesses (or eight female) to prove the crime. Anything less, the perpetrator walks away a vindicated man while the victim is then punished for immoral behavior, usually by being stoned to death.

57 Dead In Ramadan Bombings

The Religion of Peace strikes during Ramadan. 57 people were killed and more than 120 wounded in bombings across Iraq.

The Epoch Times reports:

In a mainly Shi'ite district of southwest Baghdad, twin car bombs killed 32 people in one of the biggest attacks to hit the Iraq capital in weeks.

The bombs detonated shortly before dusk, when most people were preparing for the evening meal which ends a daylong fast during Ramadan.
