A Message From Ali Sina

Hat Tip: Atlas Shrugs

Mr. Zameer Ahmed Jumlana, Secretary of All India Committee, Indian National League, to the Commissioner of Delhi Police, India, has filed a formal complaint against Faith Freedom International.

Ali Sina, creator and operator of Faith Freedom International, responds:

Dear Mr. Zameer Ahmed Jumlana,

Showing the pictures of Muhammad is forbidden by the teachings of Islam. However, we are not Muslims and we do not abide by the teachings of Islam. Isn't it absurd that you expect everyone to live by your dictums?

Muslims are in violation of the laws that are the hallmark of the civilized people, such as the Golden Rule, the Human Rights, the equality of genders, the freedom of speech, the freedom of belief, etc. These are the laws that matter to us. They don't matter to you, because they are not part of your laws.

Just as you file a complaint against us for violating your laws, we are taking you to court for violating our laws.

Which court? The court of the public opinion! It is in this court that we are exposing the deception, the violence, and the hate that is so intrinsic in the religion that you espouse. We are fighting the lies of Islam with truth and winning the minds and hearts of thousands of people, both Muslims and non-Muslims.

Can you defend Islam? Can you prove that what we allege against your faith and its monstrous prophet are untrue? No you cannot. When it comes to logic you are helpless. You cannot defend your evil belief with logic. There is nothing you can do, but to bring legal charges to stop us from revealing the truth about your cherished faith.

You can’t. There is no law that can stop us from telling the truth about any faith, at least not where I live. Here we practice freedom of speech and criticizing religions, including Islam is our birth right.

This is the freedom that you Muslims have always enjoyed, but have denied to others. You think it is okay to destroy churches, synagogues, temples and the houses of worships of other faiths, trash their religions and criticize them. You think it is okay for your prophet to call the Jews, maghdhoob (hated by God), the Christians, gone astray and the Hindus, polytheists and najes (filthy), but you cry like a baby when someone criticizes your faith.

The Making of a Fuehrer

Ex-Muslim Ali Sina, founder of Faithfreedom International and one of my favorite authors, comments on the cult of Obama:

When cheering for someone turns into adulation, something is wrong. Excessive adulation is indicative of a personality cult. The cult of personality is often created when the general population is discontent. A charismatic leader can seize the opportunity and project himself as an agent of change and a revolutionary leader. Often, people, tired of the status quo, do not have the patience to examine the nature of the proposed change. All they want is change. During 1979, when the Iranians were tired of the dictatorial regime of the late Shah, they embraced Khomeini, not because they wanted Islam, but because he promised them change. The word in the street was, “anything is better than the Shah.” They found their error when it was too late.

Khomeini promised there would be separation between religion and state. He lied and they did not care to look into his past to see whether he actually meant what he said. Had they done that they would have seen that he always believed in caliphate and the rule of Islam. People gobbled everything he told them uncritically. They wanted to believe and therefore closed their eyes so they did not see what they did not want to see. Eyes welled when he spoke. Masses poured into the streets by the millions, screamed and shouted to greet him. People kissed his pictures. Some saw his portrait reflected on the Moon.

Quotable Quotes

"As I would not be a slave, so I would not be a master. This expresses my idea of democracy. Whatever differs from this, to the extent of the difference, is no democracy."

~Abraham Lincoln

"Thereupon I concluded:
As I would not be a dhimmi, so I would not be a Muslim."

Why Bad Beliefs Don't Die

While surfing around FaithFreedom.org and Rational Thinking, I came across this article about belief versus reality.

Reading the entire article will give you some sense about why it is so difficult to change irrational belief systems in some people. Keep these points in mind when challenging those who may embrace radical ideologies.

Skeptical thinkers must realize that because of the survival value of beliefs, disconfirming evidence will rarely, if ever, be sufficient to change beliefs, even in "otherwise intelligent" people. In order to effectively change beliefs skeptics must attend to their survival value, not just their data-accuracy value. This involves several elements.

First, skeptics must not expect beliefs to change simply as the result of data or assuming that people are stupid because their beliefs don't change. They must avoid becoming critical or demeaning in response to the resilience of beliefs. People are not necessarily idiots just because their beliefs don't yield to new information. Data is always necessary, but it is rarely sufficient.

Second, skeptics must learn to always discuss not just the specific topic addressed by the data, but also the implications that changing the related beliefs will have for the fundamental worldview and belief system of the affected individuals. Unfortunately, addressing belief systems is a much more complicated and daunting task than simply presenting contradictory evidence. Skeptics must discuss the meaning of their data in the face of the brain's need to maintain its belief system in order to maintain a sense of wholeness, consistency, and control in life. Skeptics must become adept at discussing issues of fundamental philosophies and the existential anxiety that is stirred up any time beliefs are challenged. The task is every bit as much philosophical and psychological as it is scientific and data-based.

Third, and perhaps most important, skeptics must always appreciate how hard it is for people to have their beliefs challenged. It is, quite literally, a threat to their brain's sense of survival. It is entirely normal for people to be defensive in such situations. The brain feels it is fighting for its life. It is unfortunate that this can produce behavior that is provocative, hostile, and even vicious, but it is understandable as well.

The lesson for skeptics is to understand that people are generally not intending to be mean, contrary, harsh, or stupid when they are challenged. It's a fight for survival. The only effective way to deal with this type of defensiveness is to de-escalate the fighting rather than inflame it. Becoming sarcastic or demeaning simply gives the other person's defenses a foothold to engage in a tit-for-tat exchange that justifies their feelings of being threatened ("Of course we fight the skeptics-look what uncaring, hostile jerks they are!") rather than a continued focus on the truth.

Skeptics will only win the war for rational beliefs by continuing, even in the face of defensive responses from others, to use behavior that is unfailingly dignified and tactful and that communicates respect and wisdom. For the data to speak loudly, skeptics must always refrain from screaming.

Finally, it should be comforting to all skeptics to remember that the truly amazing part of all of this is not that so few beliefs change or that people can be so irrational, but that anyone's beliefs ever change at all. Skeptics' ability to alter their own beliefs in response to data is a true gift; a unique, powerful, and precious ability. It is genuinely a "higher brain function" in that it goes against some of the most natural and fundamental biological urges. Skeptics must appreciate the power and, truly, the dangerousness that this ability bestows upon them. They have in their possession a skill that can be frightening, life-changing, and capable of inducing pain. In turning this ability on others it should be used carefully and wisely. Challenging beliefs must always be done with care and compassion.

Skeptics must remember to always keep their eye on the goal. They must see the long view. They must attempt to win the war for rational beliefs, not to engage in a fight to the death over any one particular battle with any one particular individual or any one particular belief. Not only must skeptics' methods and data be clean, direct, and unbiased, their demeanor and behavior must be as well.

Are Moderate Muslims Cowards?

Moderate Muslims follow a fraction of Islamic teachings. Unknowingly, They have reformed Islam to a great length. For some Muslims it’s a culture rather than a religion. It’s fortunate that all Muslims do not act as Talibians. Their conscious and liberal mind grasps only the good part of the religion. They neither have the courage to follow true Islam nor they have the courage to stand up and reject Islam as a whole. They do not have the courage to follow true Islam because some of the teachings are violent, some are unrealistic and some are inappropriate. They can not reject Islam because they were born in a Muslim family, taught to fear the hellfire and they have the greed to go to a fantasyland called heaven. They are afraid to break the wall and scared to think differently. ARE THEY COWARD?

Dear moderate Muslim brothers and sisters, Please wake up. Take some time, Read Quran and ahadith by yourself. Don’t depend on opportunist clerics, use your own judgement and let’s prosper.

WikiIslam: Online Encylopedia About Islam

A complete resource about Islam, its followers and its founder. The knowledge base is compiled by ex-Muslims. Brought to us by FaithFreedom.Org.

WikiIslam is not a hate site. We do not believe all Muslims are terrorists. In fact, many of us are ex-Muslims with Muslim family and friends. The purpose of this wiki is to archive those truths about Islam which are frequently censored by Muslims or political correctness. This project also provides a much-needed relief for editors at WikiPedia whose opinions are constantly edited out by Muslims and others who are afraid of saying anything against Islam for fear of NPOV (neutral point of view) or bias.

The purpose of WikiIslam is to help Muslims leave Islam. WikiIslam can help Muslims leave Islam either by showing Muslim visitors a side of Islam that they may have never seen before, or by being used as a reference by non-Muslims who are trying to help Muslims leave Islam.

At WikiIslam, contributors can state opinions and facts about "the religion of peace" without fear of censorship. Please visit and show your support.

Ali Sina's $50,000 Challenge

Ali Sina of FaithFreedom.org is offering $50,000 to anyone who can logically disprove his accusation that Muhammad was:

a narcissist a misogynist a rapist
a pedophile a lecher a torturer
a mass murderer a cult leader an assassin
a terrorist a mad man a looter

Ali states in his challenge:

Please advertise this challenge. Every Muslim must see it. This is like throwing water on their fire. Nothing will dampen their zeal more than the realization that among a billion Muslims there is not a single scholar who can prove the wild claims of Muhammad, nor acquit him of these grave charges. This unmet challenge has a sobering effect on them. They can make any excuse, such as, I am not worth their response, that there have been greater men than me who opposed Islam, or that I have been refuted already, but they will not be able to fool themselves. The more this challenge is circulated, the more Muslims will be forced to remain silent and doubt Islam.

If you think you can prove Muhammad was a true Prophet of God, claim your prize at FaithFreedom.org.
