The Fight For Aqsa Parvez

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

How should one honor the life of an Islamic 'honor killing' victim?

Before answering, know this: the purpose of a so-called honor killing is to destroy the perceived shame bought upon the family by the victim. That destruction is achieved not just in taking the life of the victim, but also in eliminating the memory of her existence.

In allowing the memory of an innocent victim to live on, the brutal practice of Islamic 'honor killings' is dishonored and rejected. It is the decent thing to do. It is the right thing to do, no matter your religion or faith.

Pam Geller at Atlas Shrugs writes about the sad case of Aqsa Parvez, and what we can need to do to help keep her memory alive.
